The Canadian Firearms Activist Site

Allen Carlos is a miner in Canada's Yukon Territory. Recently he was victimized by our government in the name of public safety -- despite the fact the government could find nobody to claim Carlos was in any way a threat to anyone.

Jane Gaffin recently completed a manuscript documenting every stage of this government-led case of injustice. Merely for owning firearms, Carlos was victimized. Read Jane's manuscript before you discover your head on the chopping block.

"C-68 has little to do with firearms control of crime control but is a necessary tool to begin the social re-engineering of Canada!"

Liberal Senator Sharon Carstairs - Jan 26, 1996
Legal Edicators Conference, Winnipeg, Manitoba

Now if that little statement doesn't get your blood boiling, I don't know what will. The arrogance and presumption that we NEED "re-engineering" in the first place blows me away. So much for this being a free and democratic country, eh?

This web site has been created in the hopes it will help defeat the current Firearms Act of Canada (formerly Bill C-68).

This is nothing short of BAD LAW, and needs to be replaced IMMEDIATELY with cost-effective legislation, such as the Practical Firearms Control System put forward by the National Firearms Association of Canada. While not perfect, it's far better than the current crap that penalizes law-abiding citizens while leaving the criminals to do whatever they please. Not convinced? Just ask Toronto Police Chief Julian Fantino. He states:

"We have an ongoing gun crisis including firearms-related homicides lately in Toronto, and a law registering firearms has neither deterred these crimes nor helped us solve any of them."

If you are not already a member of one or more of the groups below, I strongly recommend you join at least one. The more you can support, the better, as each is fighting the Firearms Act in their own way.

My name is Christopher di Armani, and until recently I'd have bet my life that I would never be politically involved. The whole process bores the shit out of me, to be blunt. But when LIARS like Prime Minister Jean Cretien (I'll scrap the GST), former Justice Minister Allan Rock (we will not confiscate guns), and former Justice Minister and current Deputy Prime-Minister Anne McLellan (gun registration takes only 15 minutes) started pissing on my doorstep, enough was enough. I will not sit idly by while these liars attempt to destroy my heritage and my country.

There is a LOT of information on this site, and I'm adding more all the time. The panel at the left contains links to all the major portions of the site.

The Conservative Party of Canada is the only federal political party who is opposed to this legislation. Given the ramifications for the entirety of Canadian culture held in C-68, I strongly urge you to get involved with the CondervativeParty.

"No matter what legislation you have and no matter how well you enforce it, you can't predict what's going to happen and you can't prevent everybody at times from doing something crazy."

- Allan Rock, Dec. 7th, 1994
Victoria Times-Colonist

It's amazing how this man can publicly state the obvious, while at the same time steal over 50% of the legally owned handguns in the country!

Hey! Allan Rock! YOU CANNOT LEGISLATE STUPIDITY AWAY!!!!

GUN CONTROL IS NOTHING NEW,
NOR HAS IT EVER BEEN EFFECTIVE.

A conference of European leaders outlawed the crossbow. It was hoped that by banning the weapon, wars would eventually end. Despite the prohibition, crossbows continued to be used until the 16th century, when they were replaced by firearms.

ALL free men and women have the RIGHT to their legally obtained Private Property, whether certain politicians like it or not.

"Gun control? It's the best thing you can do for crooks and gangsters. I want you to have nothing. If I'm a bad guy, I'm always gonna have a gun."

-Sammy "The Bull" Gravano (Mafia Underboss)
from an interview in Vanity Vair magazine

Sammy may be a thug and a murderer, but he's got a definate way with words on this subject, wouldn't you say?

If you think the rights we are fighting for do not include you, please read the following very carefully. You may not own a gun, but I'm sure you DO own something you do not want the government taking away from you, simply because they don't like it.

First they came for the Jews,
and I did not speak out because I was not a Jew.

Then they came for the Communists,
and I did not speak out because I was not a Communist.

Then they came for the Homosexuals,
and I did not speak out because I was not a Homosexual.

Then they came for the Trade Unionists,
and I did not speak out because I was not a Trade Unionist.

Then they came for me,
and there was no one left to speak for me.
